We're on the lookout for a new Procurement Manager to join us here at BurgerFuel Group HQ. The BurgerFuel Group is made up of three brands; BurgerFuel, Shake Out and Winner Winner.
We are looking for someone to help us with the source of our sauces, price ranging for our free-ranging, add reliance to our compliance and sometimes partake in sturdy handshakes for the sake of our caramel thickshakes. We're looking for someone who can apply integrity to negotiations and dealings with all our suppliers whilst looking out for the best outcome for our customers and franchisees.
We need a guardian of our 'pure fuel' ingredients and a stalwart of authenticity in sustainable and ethical practices – who can negotiate without selling their soul. We need someone who understands that cheaper does not necessarily mean better and that at the end of the day – no matter what a sales person says, taste buds never lie.
In addition to being great in the moment, we need someone great before the moment – that's everything from planning, forecasting, auditing and tendering through to health and safety compliance. Moreover, because of who we are and what we stand for; we need someone who understands the power and value of building and maintaining relationships with everyone they engage with. We want someone who can nurture mutually beneficial partnerships for the group and create 'everybody wins' rather than just 'quick wins'.
We're a unique set of brands and we love unique people so if you're a Procurement Manager with a passion for demanding the right supply in the right place, at the right time; then we'd love to meet you and your speedy calculator skills.
We are specifically looking for someone with…
- Tertiary qualification (preferred) or relevant experience in procurement
- Min. 5 years in procurement role(s)
- Proven experience in a QSR environment
- Proven experience in relationship management
