Find out more and register hereWe have long been supporting DJs of all styles and abilities, but we wanted to take it a step further so last year we created Radio BurgerFuel Cut Class - a DJ school at our studio in Auckland. Since last April, we've been welcoming DJs through the doors under the watchful eye of tutor DJ Scizzorhands.
We launched with the first Cut Class Invitational DJ Battle, judged by P-Money, K-Swizz & Gregg Harper. After a fierce battle, DJ Dazzle was the inaugural winner, and Cut Class got down to the business of recruiting and teaching.
Those familiar with Radio BurgerFuel will need no introduction to Scizzorhands. He's been our resident DJ since 2012. A turntablist at heart with a passion for teaching, he seemed like the perfect person to head up Cut Class. His belief is that true DJing is an art form, and Radio BurgerFuel Cut Class is our way of helping pass on these skills. After we convinced the boss to fund a large 'office desk' for the DJ equipment, we now bring you what we believe is the world's first Officegon: a desk that unfolds into a behemoth, 8 turntable holding, octagon!
