If you're all about the beef, when it comes to gourmet burgers, then switch off your Dolphin torch, call the sheriff and call off the search, as you've discovered the ultimate juicy fistful of flavour.
The American Muscle, our custom modification of the classic American Cheeseburger. Enjoy a double serving of our 100% pure New Zealand grass fed beef 'smashed juicy' fresh to order, for that pure, juicy, mouth-watering, caramelised goodness. Perfectly welded with two slices of melted cheddar, bolted with tangy long-cut pickles, and finished with generous dollops of our natural, free range mustard aioli. All laid out on a bed of batch-brewed sweet tomato relish and stitched together between our artisan wholemeal buns.
We also serve the American Muscle as a single for smaller appetites, snack-type cravings, double burger situations or pussies who can't handle the official ultimate-delicious-double beef, 'smashed juicy' challenge.
