What is BurgerFuel Delivery?
We want you to feel extra safe when eating with us, so select stores are offering delivery during Alert Level 2 and 3. That's right, you can wait in the comfort of your trackies and we'll bring your order to your door. So, just jump online at burgerfuel.com/order and select Delivery.
Is there a minimum spend for Delivery?
Yes, the minimum order value of $40 applies.
Is there an additional charge for Delivery?
There is an $8 Delivery fee. This is to cover the cost of service.
When & where is Delivery available?
BurgerFuel Delivery is only available at select stores between 4pm and 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
How long will Delivery take?
There is a minimum order time of 30 minutes and service will be turned off if stores cannot cope with the volume of orders. This is a trial during Alert Level 3 and BurgerFuel have the right to make changes or cancel this service at anytime.
Can I select a time for the food to be delivered?
You sure can, during the online ordering process for Delivery, use the 'Delivery expected time' drop down and adjust this to the time you wish your food to be delivered.
Is Delivery available where I live?
Delivery will only be available to residents within a selected distance from stores.
Can I order Delivery over the phone or in-store?
No, unfortunately you can only order Delivery through our online ordering at burgerfuel.com/order
What if my food is handed over cold?
Due to the Delivery distance, your order shouldn't arrive cold. But it is important to note that we threw this together during lockdown to ensure we could make it super easy to grab a burger when it was safe for you to do so (because that's the kiwi way!), so this is a trial and our packaging isn’t designed for delivery. But we’re working on it! Please email email@example.com with all details so we can investigate further and we will come back to you. We appreciate your understanding as we work through any issues.
I've missed an item from my order, can I add something extra?
Unfortunately not, but you can place a second order if you still wanted to grab that item. However, that second order will also need to meet minimum Delivery value.
I entered the wrong Delivery address, what do I do?
That's alright, please call the store on their phone number and let them know the change in address. You can find your store's phone number HERE. Just make sure you update to the correct address before your next order. Please do not try and reply to your delivery email confirmation as these are not controlled by stores.
How hygienic is Delivery?
Along with the extra hygiene protocols we have implemented in our stores during this time, our team will sanitise their hands before bringing your order to you and upon re-entry to their car and to the store. They will also leave your delivery at your doorstep, and will knock on your door so you know it has arrived. The staff member will then move 2m back from the door to ensure physical distancing and see your delivery through. You can see our full hygiene practices HERE.

What if there is an issue with my order?
You can contact the store using the method above and they'll be able to help. Alternatively, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with the information and they will be able to help. Please include the store you received your Delivery from, the date, time and details. Images always help!
What if my order doesn't arrive?
