Whether it’s a full engine re-build or just the occasional look under the hood, every classic needs a tune up to keep it in mint condition.

We’ve modified our classic, the Thunderbird, to fried chicken luxury status to bring you the new and improved spicy Modifried Thunderbird. She’s been hoisted up and upgraded with crispy buttermilk free range fried chicken with a jalapeño and corn crumb, with juicy sliced Jalapeños and BurgerFuel Chipotle Aioli bringing the heat.

All put back together again with fresh hand-cut salad, batch brewed relish and showcased in between our wholemeal bun
