Burgerfuel Opens No.8 In Saudi Arabia
BurgerFuel has opened another restaurant in Riyadh, taking the total number of BurgerFuel stores in Saudi Arabia to eight. It’s the 57th BurgerFuel restaurant to open globally.
Located in the thriving north of Riyadh on Othman Bin Affan Rd, the restaurant sits directly next to Imam bin Mohammed University, in a busy area that has a growing number of residential compounds. With student numbers of over 24,000 and a faculty of 1,300, this university is one of the largest in Saudi Arabia, and the second largest in Riyadh.
BurgerFuel has received countless requests over the years to open a restaurant in the area, and the store has been built to cope with the high volume of customers expected, seating nearly 100 people at any one time.
The new Riyadh store features the latest in BurgerFuel interior design whilst retaining the classic BurgerFuel engineered edge. Customers will enjoy a mixture of indoor and outdoor dining as well as the custom designed 100% recycled and recyclable BurgerFuel ‘Enviro-Mental’ chairs.
BurgerFuel has opened the store with local partners Sadf Trading and Development Company (SADF CO). BurgerFuel’s Chris Mason said: “We have had a hugely positive response from locals and expats towards our other stores in Saudi – so it’s great to see our eighth store open here as it really shows how much support there is for BurgerFuel in this market.”
BurgerFuel Worldwide (BFW) is a New Zealand gourmet burger concept and is listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZAX).
