Haimona X BurgerFuel

Long time friend of the Fuel and BMX extraordinaire Haimona Ngata recently came to us with the hopes of decking out his new cycling outfit for his new single speed adventures. Apart from his reputation as an all round top bloke, he’s also known for his heavy tattoos, so when he came to us with his brief, we had the idea of kitting his uniform out with BurgerFuel Flash Tattoos. Along with our BurgerFuel Kids Ink and on going love and support for the Tattoo community it seemed like the perfect fit. Here’s a few images of the results and also a few words from the man himself.

“Just over a year ago I was told that it was highly likely that I wouldn’t be able to ride a bike again, or walk properly, due to the injury I sustained to my right leg. Still a way to go, but dragging the carcus up and down north head a few times a day on the big bike is helping, getting the leg stronger for BMX. Shouts to BurgerFuel for the custom one off kits, and Tootkit for the photos, and POC helmet and for making it all happen!”
