We’ve taken the most succulent scotch steaks, seasoned in garlic then seared and grilled them to gourmet perfection. We then delved deep into the mushroom patches hand plucking the best Portobello 'shrooms only to sauté them in natural New Zealand butter.
There’s tasty bacon, a slice of melted cheddar and a couple of crispy battered onion rings all for good measure. To make it even more gourmet we then topped it with fresh rocket and a drizzle of Béarnaise sauce with tarragon.
As New Zealanders we pride ourselves on everything that comes from our own back yard (hey Richie, sup Sir Ed, get it Val!).
