Graffiti, glorious graffiti!

A plan was devised to blow Bush Inn (Christchurch) away! We did this in traditional BF style, the only way we knew how. Armed with spray paint, DJ equipment and a promo team (Tim from HQ and 2x local store staff). We set out to blast Bush Inn with the trifecta of epicness – A live DJ, new in-store art and a promo team to entertain and chat with the punters.

Kairau Bradley (Creative Sweet), Tim Hall (LSM) and Lee Demsen (Radio BurgerFuel), leaders of their respective cultural pillars, lead the charge with the support of the staff and franchisees.

After painting the back wall of the store till 4am that night (see time-lapse video here) the team ran a full day of activity, ranging from visiting the local university and local businesses, bombing the area with parking tickets and having Kairau painting canvases outside the store during the day.

There were also live DJs playing outside in the sun with Christchurch local, Rydr, joining Radio BurgerFuel in spinning tunes during the lunch and dinner rushes, much to the entertainment of a group of German tourists who staged an impromptu dance party before continuing their road trip.
