Devin Abrams, AKA Pacific Heights, woke up one morning from a vivid dream, and knew he had to preserve it. He wrote it down and handed it to director Rob Burrowes who created an 11 minute short film. Abrams calls the dream the "blueprint for the album". Radio Burgerfuel's Lee Densem caught up with him to find out more.
