Since 1995, we’ve been celebrating our 100% Kiwi heritage, side stepping the mainstream with a rebel spirited brand identity and serving up pure fuel in an environment that is fun, fast and loud.

But we can’t party like it’s ‘95 forever and as our birthday month nears an end, we want to say a big THANK YOU to those who have been a part of this special journey!

To our beloved customers. The folks obsessed with the beast that we call the Bastard, those Bacon Backfire lovers, V8 Vegan enthusiasts and those that simply enjoy the humble Spud (or have expressed their desire to bathe in a tub of our aioli). Thank you for hitting us up whenever you were in need of pure, wholesome, and fresh fuel.

TO OUR MATES

To our mates. We look back on all of you, our friends of the fuel, with a happy tear in our eye, because you’ve helped us be more than just burgers. A special shout out goes to the 5am partiers, those who spun on the decks at Friday Night Bites, went full throttle with us down the race-track, tagged our stores purple and those that sweated it out in our B.A.D. gym.

TO OUR CREW

And the BIGGEST "Thank You" goes to our crew. To our franchisees and staff - everyone who has worked in our stores since ’95 (especially those that have put in the mahi on the Graveyard shift – special shout out to you legends), we wouldn’t be here without you.

Here’s to you lot and here’s to 25 more years of serving up NZ’s original gourmet burgers!
