BurgerFuel Timaru, the ultimate good sorts

BurgerFuel Timaru hosted a fundraising event for the JAB Celtic Rugby Club after finding out their grounds were vandalised, with damage being done to both the property and their equipment. The crew put on an evening, where every burger sold, BurgerFuel Timaru donated $2 towards the Celtic Rugby Club. There was also a raffle, where a $2 ticket could get you one of many prizes that were donated by local businesses - including free burgers from BurgerFuel Timaru.

Held on Wednesday 24th of May, the event was a huge success. With 256 burgers sold, there was a total of $914 was raised for the club, with the Store deciding to round that up to $1,000.  The store then presented this (rather large) cheque to the club, who were ecstatic and able to get back onto the pitch with new equipment straight away.
